02. QBE Reports & Tenders
When your client’s bank needs numbers, or a tender needs pricing end to end, we handle the lot.
- QBE reports — bank-ready cost reports for your clients’ lending, from a standard QBE through to a detailed hybrid version for complex builds
- Tender pricing — we measure, write the scopes, send RFQs out to suppliers and trades, chase and compare the quotes, and review the costings with you so it’s contract-ready

03. Contracts Admin & Workshops
Winning the job is half the battle — keeping it profitable is the other half.
- Contracts administration — progress claims, variations, purchase orders and cost tracking from contract to handover, so the budget you quoted is the budget you deliver
- 1:1 workshops — a three-hour session where we look at how you quote now, show you how we do it, and leave you with a process (and a written action list) your team can run from the next morning
